Purposes of Meeting: Informally share information and discuss issues of City concern. City Council gives guidance to staff and the Community about those issues.

Desired Outcomes of Meeting: Better informed Council, Community, and staff. Councilmembers share their policy preferences about the agenda items. Help create a foundation for good decisions about City business.
